Palacio de los Müller

The Government Subdelegation and the Ateneo de Granada have organized a series of conferences titled “La Gran Vía and the Urban Heritage of Granada,” aimed at promoting the historical and cultural values of this iconic street and its architecture. Subdelegate José Antonio Montilla emphasized that the event seeks to connect the citizens with the Subdelegation’s headquarters, located in the Palacio de los Müller, by offering this space for cultural and educational activities.

The series includes six conferences led by experts and a roundtable discussion to debate heritage tourism in the city. Topics will range from the history and construction of the Gran Vía to its impact on Granada’s historical heritage. The conferences will take place at the Palacio de los Müller, starting on September 30, 2024, and will cover issues such as the city’s transformation, sugar-related architecture, and construction solutions of the time.
