LA COMPAÑÍA FRANCESA LA LOQUACE ESTRENÓ ESTE ESPECTÁCULO EN AGOSTO DE 2023 EN EL PRESTIGIOSO FESTIVAL MIMA DE MIREPOIX Y, EN CASTELLANO, EN LA FERIA DE TITELLES DE LLEIDA 2024 DONDE OBTUVO EL PREMIO DRAC D’OR A LA MEJOR DRAMATURGIA, EL PREMIO DRAC D’OR DE LAS AUTONOMÍAS Y EL PREMIO DRAC D’OR DE L’ESCORXADOR.

VIVA! NOS DESCUBRE A UNOS ARTISTAS MAGISTRALES EN EL USO DE LOS OBJETOS COMO ELEMENTO ESCÉNICO.

El teatro de objetos nos permite contar historias complejas con sencillez y desde una distancia adecuada. Nos brinda la oportunidad de codearnos con la Historia, con toda humildad, en nuestro papel de humanos de paso por una época.

El simbolismo y la metáfora anidan en los objetos cotidianos. Depende de nosotros, actores y espectadores, acordar un lenguaje común. Así, un lápiz rojo se convierte en un preso político, un post-it en un sueño desgarrado…

En el escenario, un escritorio. En los cajones, objetos. Tizas, lápices, sacapuntas, cinta adhesiva, papel, grapadoras… Despliegan la historia.

Alrededor del escritorio, un abogado y una actriz. Daniel, el español, y Lisa, la francesa – una pareja de hoy en día- se turnan para reconstruir la historia, primero desde el punto de vista de Pepe… y luego desde el de María.

Hace casi 50 años en un pequeño pueblo de Castilla, Pepe, mi abuelo, mató a María, mi abuela. Me enteré muchos años después, casi por casualidad”. VIVA! es la historia de un feminicidio cometido en plena dictadura franquista. La historia de un tabú social y familiar. En el escenario, un escritorio. En el escritorio, objetos que se disponen a reconstruir la historia. Sin olvidar nunca el poder salvador del humor, VIVA! cuestiona la responsabilidad colectiva implícita en los actos individuales, la capacidad de una sociedad de repararse y transformarse.
